Nabard Kfw Soil Project Amburpatti & Avvaiyarpatti - Gramaseva Sangam

The NABARD KfW Soil Project – Amburpatti & Avvaiyarpatti, implemented by Grama Seva Sangam NGO, focuses on watershed management and climate proofing in Pudukkottai. Covering over 2600 hectares, the project has benefited thousands of farmers by improving soil health, water conservation, and agricultural productivity.

Education and rehabilitation of working children in the interior village of Pudukkottai district

This project focuses on the education and rehabilitation of working children in interior villages of Pudukkottai district. Implemented by Grama Seva Sangam (GSS) in partnership with Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation since 2000, it supports vulnerable children, youth, and women across 30 villages in Annavasal and Viralimalai blocks.

Haurralde Foundation – Spain- 2006

With the support of Haurralde (Spain) since 2006, GSS revived 13 child labour schools to reduce dropouts and improve access to education. The initiative also provided essential educational support, sponsorships, livelihood programs, and skill training for rural girls.

Act India Network

Since 2008, GSS has implemented climate awareness programs focusing on global warming and carbon reduction. Supported by the FEE Forest Fund (Denmark), the initiative engaged communities, schools, and government bodies to promote environmental responsibility.
